Please tell us your name, shipping address, phone number, email? Tell us about the scooter you own, we want to know all about your scooter. Tell us the model, year, etc. Once you have complete the form, press the submit button. We will receive your order and then send you an email with the parts of your choice immediately, confirming availability of parts at our warehouse. A PayPal Invoice with the list of items you are interested will be sent to your email for your immediate payment. When you receive our PayPal Invoice, please confirm your order. And click on the Pay Now Button. It will then take you to a secure PayPal web site for your payment. There you can choose a form of payment by credit card of your choice. We welcome PayPal Members.
 

Note: If there is an Item not listed on your PayPal Invoice Order. Most likely we do not have it in stock at the moment. Many Online Retailers bill you for items they do not have in stock. We rather not list items on your order, if we do not have it. We do not want to charge you for something we don't have. That is something we refuse to do, because we want to provide you with the best customer service possible.

Important: Remember, it is extremely important that you check that all the Custom Chrome Parts you are about to order for your scooter. We will not be held responsible for wrong parts delivered to our customer. We accept no returns, no refunds! Simply because we offer Free Shipping and it is NOT cost effective for us to have customers return Chrome Body Parts back to us. That is why we provide you with our Email, Contact #, and our Online Chat Support, so you can be absolutely sure that the parts you ordering will fit your scooter. There may be times that a little bit of modification is need to fit our chrome body parts on some models. Also as a secondary measure, when you fill out the Order Form, we ask you again for information on your scooter. We do not provide Free Shipping for Orders outside the USA, please fill out the Order Form and we will calculate your shipping charges and contact you by email.

Once we receive your payment, we will immediately start preparing your order. You will be provide with a United States Post Office Confirmation Tracking Number. Depending on the size of package we will ship your order by Priority Mail (3-5 days), or First Class Mail (5-10 days) which does not include Weekends or Holidays. We include a United States Post Office Confirmation Tracking Number, and Insurance for your parts. 

We take very extreme measures to insure that your box arrives safely. If in any case you receive a box with broken chrome parts. It is important that you contact your assigned Post Office, and fill out a claims form. In our one year of business online we have never had any problem with customers receiving broken parts. Simply because it is important to us that you receive your parts intact.

Why do we use United States Post Office for our shipping? Because the United States Post Office provides customers with a 15 day storage at your nearest Post Office (facility), and sometimes longer. All other carriers give you (the Receiver) 3 attempts to receive your package, after 3 attempts they take action to returning the package back to the Sender.
